We got in touch with Tara Jo as a result of a friend’s recommendation, and we couldn’t be happier with her services. We lived out of town during our house hunting period and when we finally visited for a weekend, she spent the entire time showing us houses, helping us make the most of our limited  time in town. This is our first house, so everything about the process was new to us, and Tara Jo patiently helped us through every step. We decided to make an offer on a house during our 5 AM flight home, informed Tara Jo and worked out the details during our layover, then she took care of the rest and we arrived home to the news that our offer had been accepted! She continued to be in touch throughout the inspection, appraisal and closing process, which was particularly helpful given that we were still out of town. It was a joy working with her, and we would strongly recommend her to anyone.

My family was looking to move to a different neighborhood and had known Tara Jo for several years. While we weren’t in a hurry, homes were selling quickly. Our sell/buy process had many moving parts and some unexpected scenarios. Tara Jo was with us all along the way, from negotiations to  answering many questions, she even came to our sale signing. Working full time and having kids in sports, we were able to text and e-sign many documents which was very helpful. We were able to list, sell and buy in right around 30 days. We really appreciated her expertise and would certainly recommend her.

Tara Jo Hayes is a real go-getter. Our daughter-in-law recommended her to us. She came to Sweet Home and we signed papers for her to sell our home and a building lot. She had an open house within 2 weeks and a week later we had a buyer for full offer, About a week later we had a buyer for the lot at full asking price. Next she took us all over Junction City looking for our new home, We were fortunate to find just what we wanted three houses down from our son and daughter-in-law. She did a wonderful job for us and we would recommend her highly.
